There are ways of finding him, though, just as he planned on finding Parkman if Arthur had gone back on his promise. They could ask the Petrelli patriarch, for one, or he could try taking it from his mind. He could reach out for Peter's thoughts and track him that way. Or they could just start going through rooms and hope to find him in this maze. Either way, he shrugs.
