He turns his head, presumably to give Mohinder better access to his jaw and throat -- in reality, though, he's looking for cameras without trying to seem obvious. He can't see any, but he doubts that Arthur wouldn't be keeping an eye on his investments, and he reaches out to brush his thoughts against Mohinder's lightly to tell as much.

I don't see any cameras, but I wouldn't be surprised.
