At the knock, he set aside his laptop and went to the door. He could tell it was Sylar -- some part of his attention had been drifting and following his brother along for part of his trip, and while he wasn't exactly aware of his mood, he could feel some level of tension and discomfort. He didn't know what the cause was, but when he opened the door he greeted Sylar softly, not wanting to do anything to make it worse.
