As far as hypothermia went, Sylar didn't quite classify this as appropriate movement to cure it, but it didn't stop him from returning the kiss. Nor did it stop him from pressing his chest against Adam's, slowly--near deliberately--as he did. Adam was warm where he wasn't, after all, and he was suddenly desperate for some kind of physical connection--even more so than he had been on the room, when the frost around his heart had started cracking.
