Sylar makes a little accepting noise, not sure if that's going to help in his case. He has perfect memory, yes, and as such, he'll be able to remember everything he and Mohinder have done together, but he's not sure if that's a good thing or not. The good memories might hurt more than the bad ones do, after all.
