2. Go for a walk and people-watch. They don't call New York the city that never sleeps for no reason--you'd be amazed how many people are awake in the middle of the night.
3. Work on a couple of projects I'm toying with at the moment.
4. Watch him sleep.
5. Or, assuming he's not asleep, sex is always an option.
6. Browse Wikipedia. You have no idea how much I've learned on nights where I can't sleep and I'm bored.
7. I don't do it as much as I used to--fortunately or unfortunately, take your pick--but I hunt, sometimes, still.
8. Go out and get coffee at iHop.
9. Go to bother Claire.
10. As ridiculous as this is going to sound? I play video games. They're a good way to kill time.

12. Depending on what time it is, I watch television. I've learned that turning on the TV after 2am is usually a bad idea, though, unless I want to get stuck watching infomercials or reruns of Fear Factor.
