"Nothing," he answered, temper sliding back into cold calm. He shifted a bit, reaching out to brush his fingers over his hair, but there was no intimacy in the gesture. This was not the touch of the man who had inexplicably cuddled up next to him just weeks before. "You're out of chances, Suresh. And even though I'm going to kill you, I don't want your ability. You get to die like Chandra did."
His fingers twisted sharply in his hair. "Same crime, same punishment."
