ooc: the arpea awards

It's always sort of floors me when I win an award for writing Sylar. I don't think of myself as that great a writer, and there are plenty of people out there who are much better writers than me. Naturally, I'm touched -- so much so that the reason it's taken me so long to get this up was because I honestly didn't know what to say. Or what could be said that didn't sound trite.

So, let me just say thank you. Thank you for voting -- whether or not it was for me or someone else. Thank you, mods of the arpea_awards for putting together an awards ceremony for the writers. If your eyes are passing over this right now, thank you for following this journal or simply stopping in for the first time to poke around. Thank you.

It's been a good year and a half (as of this coming Thursday), and I'm glad to see that there are people who enjoy seeing Sylar just as much as I enjoy writing him. :)
