Oh yeah. Of all the various antagonistic relationships, I don't think any one hates each other more than Hiro and Sylar. Peter doesn't hate Sylar; he just believes that he's bad and needs to be dealt with. Matt wants Sylar put away, which is pretty much the way most of the others feel, I believe. Only Hiro really wants to see him completely and utterly dead.
